Since going on active duty US Air Force in 2003, I’ve been able to serve on lots of meaningful missions, both stateside and overseas. I’ve also spent time in the AF Reserves, the Air National Guard, as an AF Civilian, and as an AF Contractor for Lockheed Martin. I started out doing telecom, then moved into IT project planning, then got into cybersecurity in 2015.

I liked that cybersecurity is based on following laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, requirements, policies, processes, and procedures, while also being highly technical. With most organizations relying on their systems being online and data being secure, it was quick to see that managing cybersecurity should be viewed as a priority.

What got me to start Yastis in 2019 was a desire to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) manage their cybersecurity and compliance as effectively as larger businesses. We offer flexible packages, know how to interact with stakeholders across functional areas, and deliver results that regularly surpass client expectations.​
